Best New Sports Betting SitesKrusinski Construction Company teamed up with developers, ML Realty Partners and Prologis, to transform a 68-acre residential subdivision with 107 homes into a four-building, 1.3 million-SF, state-of-the-art industrial park completed in 2022.

The 2022 NAIOP Winner for Industrial Redevelopment of the Year is home to four global logistics companies including DSV Transport and Logistics, Apex Logistics, UPS and Kuehne+Nagel. Krusinski also partnered with Harris Architects and Powers Brown for the architectural needs for the project. The two buildings proudly received LEED Silver Certification.

Our team was an integral partner in the acquisition of all associated homes, decommissioning existing utilities and safely preparing the overall site for demolition and excavation. All buildings were fully leased during Sports Betting Oddsconstruction and Krusinski also completed the four tenant build-outs.

The industrial park also includes five underground vaults to trap storm water, a pump house with a 250,000 gallon water suppression system that services the four buildings and a public park for Bensenville residents to enjoy.
