This multi-phased, design-build tenant improvement project for ABB Robotics includes extensive upgrades across an existing 542,800-SF robotics facility including an expansion of the manufacturing area, improvements to the employee offices, and the addition of a customer experience area. The phased construction took place in an occupied, active robotics facility involving the following:
New sports betting app Reconfiguration of approximately 230,000 SF of the manufacturing area to improve capacity and internal efficiencies, requiring the demolition of existing walls and mezzanines, new power feeds and a relocation of the spot weld demonstration.
Phase 2: Improvements to 40,000 SF of the East Offices, including an upgrade of finishes and a modernization of the layout and functionality.
Phase 3: Demolition and re-build of a new lobby, café, fitness center, conference rooms, training lab and customer experience center.
Phase 4: Exterior improvements at/surrounding the building entrance.
