Tenant build-out for DSV Global Transport & Logistics (DSV) at the Mohawk Terrace Redevelopment in Bensenville, IL.
The building includes a 307,738-SF warehouse space with 40’ clear height, 72 loading docks, air freight doors, two drive-in doors and a 975-SF trucker’s lounge.
The newly constructed precast building also features a curtainwall system at the main entrance, 5,100-SF office space Sports Betting Oddswith private offices, conference rooms and an open workspace area. There is also a spacious breakroom, ADA compliant bathrooms, a security gate and parking for 251 vehicles.
Prior to the tenant build-out, Krusinski Construction constructed four speculative warehouse buildings at Mohawk Terrace Redevelopment and DSV leased one of the buildings from ML Realty Partners.
