Cooper’s Hawk moved its headquarters to this existing 101,753-SF speculative warehouse facility. The new state-of-the-art restaurant support center and production facility doubles the wine-making operations and enhances restaurant support. 

This project features Sports Betting Oddsthe installation of 50 stainless steel wine storage tanks holding roughly 277,000 gallons of wine and a custom wine bottling and production line that adds to their current total production of 485,000 cases of wine per year. 

Additional features include a new 4,000 amp electrical service, sanitary trench sports betting appdrains, process piping serving winery tanks and utility stations and construction of boiler and compressor rooms.
